Principal Accountability: (Please write all the major jobs that the employee is required to carry out )

1. Marketing & Sales
  1. Making marketing plans to achieve overall sales target & extension of existing market
  2. Ensure to increase distributors and dealers in his specified areas of sales and Identify potential distributors with good dealer network and high counter sales
  3. To obtain competitors information, meet farmers/ Distributor / Dealers and generate the order.
  4. To cover all potential areas for generating sales at grass root level.
  5. Ensure to achieve the monthly sales and collection target and take necessary actions accordingly.
  6. Obtain regular feedback from customers regarding our products and services
  7. Regular communication with customers regarding product requirements, schedule of delivery and follow up for payments
  8. Regularly interact and understand the needs of the farmers and arrange for necessary support
  9. Gather actual field performance data of our products
  10. Ensure weekly plan and movement report should reach at HO and Marketing Head with in time frame
  11. Ensure to meet minimum 7-8 customer on daily basis
  12. Ensure all party account are settle after completion of season
2. Sales Promotional Activities
  1. Arranging display of banners at well-known / key locations, local auto/taxi owners for carrying our banners
  2. Prominently display danglers at Point of Purchase
  3. Mass communication via Auto/Jeep Campaigning, Wall Painting, Wall Postering, Leaflet in News Papers etc
  4. Communicate the product features and benefits
  5. Invite farmers (Field day / Farmer Meet) to spell out the advantages he derived by using our products
  6. To participate in Agriculture fair in different areas
  7. Providing technical support regarding various farm practices by most economical manner
  8. Distribution of leaflets / product inserts
  9. Running footer on local TV channels through cable TV operators in villages
  10. Conducting Demonstrations in different crops to create awareness among end users
3. Hardening Activities
  1. Regular visit to hardening centers for monitoring hardening activities
  2. Monitoring the hardening activities like Bag filling, Planting, Grading etc on day to day basis
  3. To follow the SOP of secondary hardening on day to day basis, if any deviation found in plants bring to the notice of concern head
  4. To make the S/H plants from P/H plants as per marketing demand
  5. Ensure all the supply to be made according to customer demand and against 100% advance collection or as per company’s agreed terms and condition
  6. Making Invoices as per company’s guidelines.
  7. To maintain all data related to hardening in company’s standard format / register
  8. Ensure that all the Hardening expenses should be within budgeted limit
  9. Ensure that Secondary Hardening Mortality should be with in the limit.
  10. To inform Sales & collection data to HO on daily basis
  11. Finalize the stock & sales every last day of month and inform to HO by mail or fax
4. After Sales Services
  1. Compilation area wise sales data
  2. To make the plan of visit after sales
  3. Ensure minimum 3 visits to be made before the starting of new season
  4. Provide the technical support to all Farmers on timely basis.
  5. Giving the technical inputs on the basis of package of practices
  6. Attending customer complain and co-ordinate with technical team to sort out field related problems
  7. Ensure that customer should be satisfied by our after sales services
  8. To maintain area / farmer wise after sales service data in register / excel file
5. Distribution / Logistics
  1. Arrange for Dispatch of Agro products as per plan from hardening centre to farmers fields.
  2. Ensure that all the dispatches are made only again 100% cash collection or as per company’s approved SOP.
  3. Regularly verify stock and sales position for Agro Products in particular area
  4. Organize sufficient number of crates for transportation of Agro products at hardening centre
  5. Tracking delivery for each consignments
  6. Coordinate with Sales Administration Dept. for filing of insurance claims in case of any losses in transit or any loss which comes under policy
  7. Ensure all the logistic expenses should be with in budgeted limit
  8. All the dispatches to be made through reliable transporter and required documents to be maintained
  9. Forwarding transport bill to HO duly verified and signed by concerned Head
6. Coordination
  1. Regularly interact with all concerned staff regarding sales, Collection & marketing activities
  2. Coordinate with sales administration / finance department for accounting of sales and collection & reconciliation
  3. Follow-up with HO for party payments
  4. Monitoring the competitors activities
