Step 1: Application Submission

• Submit Application by clicking the “Apply Now” link
• Documents Required: Final year graduation mark sheets, ID proof, and a recent passport-sized photo.

Step 2: Entrance Test Registration

• Registration Fee: ₹499/-
• Registration Link: Register for the Campus2Corporate Pharma Aptitude Test (CPAT). Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details on the entrance test.
• Test Format: The test consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering logical
  reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, and basic science.

Step 3: Take the Entrance Test

• Mode of Test: The test will be conducted online via a virtual assessment platform.
• Exam Date: 9th November 2024
• Exam Time: 2 pm to 3 pm
• Exam Time: 2 pm to 3 pm
• Test Platform Link: This will be provided to registered candidates closer to the exam date.

Step 4: Panel Interview

• Eligibility for Interview: Candidates who pass the CPAT will be shortlisted for an interview.
• Interview Panel: The interview will consist of representatives from Indrashil University (IU), Cadila Pharmaceuticals (HR), and Cadila’s Business Strategy Unit (BSBU).
• Interview Date: This will be communicated via email to shortlisted candidates.

Step 5: Final Selection

Selection Criteria:

• Graduation Marks: 30%
• CPAT Score: 40%
• Panel Interview: 30%
• Announcement: The final list of selected candidates will be announced based on the overall
  merit score.

Step 6: Course Enrollment

• Course Fee Payment: Upon selection, candidates must pay the course fee of ₹49,999/-.
• Loan Assistance: Financial assistance through a loan facility is available to selected candidates. Details will be provided during the admission process.
