Cadila Hosts Defence Personnel in Dholka

December 10, Ahmedabad: Cadila Pharmaceuticals hosted 15 Army, Navy and Air Force officials, who are undergoing a management development program at Defence Management Institute (is this the exact name), recently. The senior defence personnel interacted with the company officials about the pharma industry, Cadila Pharma, and its various operations. The visiting defence officials were also given a tour of R&D, manufacturing, and packaging departments at Cadila Pharma’s Dholka facility.

“We were honoured to host the officials on our campus. The interactions and discussions were educational for all of us. We hope to have more fruitful interactions in the future.” Dr Sunil Singh, CHRO, Cadila Pharmaceuticals said.

As a part of their learning program, the officials interacted with the organization leaders on management techniques and to understand the corporate world better.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals recently won multiple awards at TISS LeapVault Summit and awards for its Learning and development initiatives and the ObserveNow Future of Workplace Award for their employee friendly futuristic workplace. Cadila was recently also awarded as the Best Warehouse Workforce Award and WorldStar Packaging Award.
