Cadila Pharmaceuticals organises seminar for progressive farmers, nine feted

Ahmedabad, 26^th July 2023: As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Cadila Pharmaceuticals hosted a seminar and interactive meet on organic farming at its Dholka campus.

Dr. K G Brahmkshatri, Regional Joint Director of Animal Husbandry department’s Ahmedabad region, the delegates inspired by spiritual sojourn of  Indrashil Tirth and Shantivan Memorial and paid tributes to Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ Founder Chairman Shri Indravadan Modi discusses the way forward for organic farming. More than 70 people, including senior officials of the state’s Animal Husbandry department and progressive dairy and agri farmers from Ahmedabad district, participated in the meet recently.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ Dr Yogesh Pahariya briefed the delegation about company’s Vetnova range of products. The Animal Husbandry department officials appreciated the products and the company’s commitment to improving cattle’s lives. Nine progressive farmers, who have taken up organic farming and progressive animal husbandry practices, and are also inspiring others to do so, were felicitated on the occasion, jointly by the Animal husbandry dept and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Bharat Champaneria, Trustee at Indrashil Kaka-Ba and Kala Budh Public Charitable Trust, the charitable arm of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, said, “Cadila Pharmaceuticals is committed to giving back to society through various CSR initiatives.
