Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi felicitates Cadila Pharmaceuticals for CSR efforts

Ahmedabad, 9^th September 2023: State Home Minister  Shri  Harsh Sanghavi felicitated Cadila Pharmaceuticals, one of the oldest and largest privately-held pharma companies in the country, for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Shri Harsh Sanghavi, who was in Dholka for the inauguration of the new building of Dholka police station and staff quarters, also felicitated Indrashil Kaka-Ba and Kala-Budh Public Charitable Trust, the charitable arm of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, for its remarkable CSR initiatives in Gujarat. He said that CSR initiatives play an important role in supporting and supplementing various developmental initiatives of the government.

It sees CSR initiatives as an important part of its work and carefully evaluates various projects before supporting them. We thank Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi for this recognition and are committed to continuing supporting CSR projects in Gujarat and outside,” said Dr. Bharat Champaneria, Trustee at Indrashil Kaka-Ba and Kala Budh Public Charitable Trust.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals also supported a free medical camp organised on the occasion by the Gujarat Police, state health department and KD Hospital by providing free medicines to the beneficiaries. More than 500 people underwent health check-ups at the camp.
