This 6-month Executive Diploma program is specifically designed for aspiring Medical Representatives (MR) and Field Officers (FO), offering comprehensive knowledge in pharmaceutical products, marketing techniques, communication skills, and industry regulations. The course prepares students for successful careers in the pharmaceutical industry with a mix of theoretical learning and practical application.

Students who join Cadila Pharmaceuticals as MRs or FOs and work for at least 3 years will be eligible for a gradual course fee refund under a bond agreement.

1. Academic Performance: Minimum 50% in graduation.
2. Entrance Test:
- Candidates must pass the Campus2Corporate Pharma Aptitude Test (CPAT).
- Test Fee: ₹499/-
- The test will be conducted online through a virtual assessment program.
3. Panel Interview: Successful candidates (who pass the entrance test) will be interviewed by a panel comprising representatives from Indrashil University (IU), Cadila Pharmaceuticals (HR), and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Business Strategy Unit (BSBU).

- Graduation Marks: 30%
- CPAT Score: 40%
- Panel Interview: 30%

- Continuous Evaluation: Assessments through quizzes, assignments, role-plays, and practical exams.
